Following our first opening circle focused on reconnecting to our breath, we'll flow through a grounding Yoga practice to bring us back down to Earth.
Thursday 10th March: Connect to your BODY
Building on our breathing practice we'll reconnect to the power of your body with a fiery, Yang inspired Yoga flow designed to uplift & inspire.
Thursday 17th March: Connect to your VOICE
This week we'll flow through a Yoga flow inspired by the waves of the ocean as we reconnect to the power of our voice & sense of confidence.
Thursday 24th March: Connect to your MIND
Reconnecting to the power of our mind & ability to see the bigger picture of our lives, we'll cultivate a sense of lightness in our Yoga practice.
Thursday 31st March: Connect to your SOUL
A super chilled Restorative inspired Yoga practice including a longer guided Meditation called Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep!). A powerful opportunity to reconnect to our soul
Thursday 7th April: Connect to your WHOLE SELF
Bringing everything we've learned together over the last 6 weeks into this final Yoga flow, connecting to our breath, body, voice, mind & soul
