This six week course is designed to help you kick-start your journey to sustainable self-care and wellbeing
Week 1: Connect to your BREATH
A grounding Yoga Vinyasa (flow) to bring us back down to Earth as we reconnect to the power of our breath.
Week 2: Connect to your BODY
A fiery Power Vinyasa to recharge and re-energise as we reconnect to the power of our body.
Week 3: Connect to your VOICE
A soothing and empowering Yoga Vinyasa inspired by the waves of the ocean as we reconnect to the power of our voice.
Week 4: Connect to your MIND
Feel a sense of lightness flowing from one shape to another as we reconnect to the power of our mind.
Week 5: Connect to your SOUL
A super chilled Restorative inspired practice including Yoga Nidra (meditation) as we reconnect to the power of our soul.
Week 6: Connect to your WHOLE SELF
Bringing everything we've learnt together in this final Yoga Vinyasa as we connect to the power of our breath, body, voice, mind and soul.
