I don't know about you but I've been struggling these last couple of weeks & I honestly think the weather & change in season has been a huge factor. I love all the seasons, I really do & I love the rain, but I struggle with shorter days, less sunshine & grey skies so I've been trying to give myself time each day to find that inner joy when perhaps going outside isn't ideal because the rain is torrential.
Over the next month I'm going to share with you what these things are & this week we're beginning with one of my favourite Yoga practices to teach. It's the perfect way to power up your day & it always leave me feeling like I can conquer anything life throws at me, so I figured why not share it?!
It's part of the WELL Revolution series from May, which I'll be making available as a free online programme soon so you can enjoy 7 days of 30 minute practices, including Pilates & Barre workouts as well as a guided breath work, 2 x Yoga practices & a guided meditation!
